How to Register Online/Offline?
1. How to Register?
. After Clicking on Register Now, You will be redirected to Alumni Registration Form.
Fill up the Alumni Registration form. After filling the form, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:
You need to make payment of Membership Fees by either of the following options mentioned below:
1) Panjab University State Bank Of India Account
You need to deposit the Membership Fees in
in any SBI branch from anywhere in India. After depositing the money you will get a Transaction ID.
2) Demand Draft/Cheque
Make a Demand Draft or Cheque of your Membership Fees in Favour of
“Dean Alumni Relation, Panjab University”
3) Online payment of membership fee from India/Abroad.
Follow the following steps for online payment of fee for membership.
Select “State Bank Collect” Link in home page of
Read Disclaimer Clause and click on check box to proceed for payment.
Select State of Institution from the drop down menu (CHANDIGARH).
Select Type of Corporate/Institution from the drop down menu.(EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION).
Click on “Go” button.
Select the Name of DEAN ALUMNI RELATION from the drop down menu.
Click “Submit” button.
Select Payment Category MEMBERSHIP FEE from the drop down menu.
The State Bank Collect Payment page of the DEAN ALUMNI RELATION will appear. Payer input the details in the page (Example - Name, Father Name, DOB, mobile number, etc.).
Click “Submit” button.
The State Bank Collect payment verification page will appear where the payer has to click on the “Confirm” button after verifying the payment details to proceed further.
The SBMOPS (State Bank Multiple Option Payment System) page is displayed with following options for payments.
1) Net Banking
State Bank of India
Other Banks including Associate Banks
2) Card Payments
State Bank ATM-cum- Debit Card
Other Banks Debit Cards
Send the following information by email or post.
You can mail the following documents at email-id : firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
a) Scanned and attested copy of degree certificate
b) Scanned colored passport size photograph
c) Scanned copy of Transaction ID in case of payment in Panjab University State Bank Of India Account or Post Original Demand Draft/ Original Cheque to address Mentioned below
d) Scanned copy of Payment Slip received after making Payment “State Bank Collect”
You can post the following documents at the address mentioned below:
a) Photocopy of Transaction ID slip/ Original Demand Draft/ Original Cheque/ Copy of Payment Slip from “State Bank Collect”
b) Photocopy and attested copy of degree certificate
c) Colored passport size photograph
Department of Alumni Relations,
After your payments and documents are received by Department of Alumni Relations Office, You will get an activation email from
activation of alumni account. In the Email you will be provided with UserName And Password.
Save that confidential mail.
2. How to Login?
Login using your username and password (Sent to you in Activation Email) After Logging you can enjoy the various benefits of Panjab University Alumni Association Website.
